Diana F. Chamberlain, based in our Seattle office, is an experienced attorney who is passionate about helping and working with immigrants and their families. Since 2006, Diana’s legal practice has encompassed all aspects of immigration law.
Diana helps her clients not only with respect to their legal cases but also by ensuring that her clients have the support and knowledge they need as they embark on their new lives in the United States. Her goal is to provide each client with compassionate and exceptional service via her hands-on approach. Each client knows Diana is personally working on his or her case with care and is there to guide clients throughout their cases. As a bilingual advocate (Spanish), Diana communicates directly and easily with her clients.
Diana’s practice focuses on family-based cases, including waivers as needed; citizenship; humanitarian-based asylum, VAWA, and U visas; and removal defense and litigation before the Immigration Courts, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. district courts. As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the local legal community, Diana often volunteers at legal clinics and outreach programs and participates in pro bono cases to assist those most in need.
Diana graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Art degree in International Studies and Spanish from Willamette University. She studied Spanish and international law in Granada, Spain, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Having lived abroad multiple times, Diana has a deep appreciation for the strength and benefits that flows from a multi-cultural, humanity-focused, and compassionate community.
