COVID-19 Office Update

July 10, 2020 Filed Under: Firm News

COVID-19 Pandemic Response Update and Office Procedures

Our attorneys and staff continue to work at full capacity, both in-office and remotely. We are here for you and are available via telephone and video conferencing, email, and for current clients, your Clio Connect portal, as we continue to advocate for you and represent you in your case.

Please note, everyone at Chamberlain Sanchez Immigration Law is healthy and we are cleaning and sanitizing our offices regularly to protect the health of staff and clients.  The following precautions are solely taken in accordance with recommendations from the State of Washington:

  • Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic response, we are conducting all meetings via telephone and video conferencing.
  • We are limiting in-person appointments and only scheduling such appointments for existing clients on an as-needed basis. Please contact your attorney if you would like to schedule an appointment and your attorney will determine whether it will be by telephone, video conference, or in-person.
  • If you will have an in-person appointment, we request that only those individuals necessary for the appointment attend (i.e. no children) and that all attendees wear a mask.

All new client consultations will be held by telephone or video conference until further notice. However, if necessary and based on attorney discretion, an in-person consultation may be scheduled.  If so, we request that only those individuals necessary for the consultation attend (i.e. no children) and that all attendees wear a mask.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please contact your attorney if you have any questions.
